Uniting bikers, bidding, breasts and beautiful design, the Helmets for Heroines campaign provides an innovative and satisfyingly alliterative new way to raise money for charity.
Helmets for Heroines is a charity event in aid of Breast Cancer Care, which sees biker group The Gabriel Hounds take part in a charity ride around London, encouraging lady-bikers to get involved in a traditionally male-dominated pursuit.
This year, the event is looking to design to help boost the cause, drawing in 20 designers, illustrators and artists, who each designed a motorcycle helmet provided by Biletwell and the Motorcycle Storehouse.
These will be auctioned off this Friday at the studios of Karmarama, which also designed the Helmets for Heroines branding and website, where a selection of the helmets can also be bid on before the live event.
People can also make one off donations to Breast Cancer Care through the site.
